The Sales Scenario – A personal AI account is used to draft a proposal, accidentally including confidential client data in the prompt. That data ends up in the AI provider’s training dataset.
The Marketing Scenario – A designer uses personal Midjourney assets for a client campaign. Later, the client questions whether they truly own the image rights.
